If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return the unworn/unused product(s) for a full refund of the price of the item. The item must be in re-sellable condition upon return. We cannot refund shipping charges unless there is a defect with the product or the order was not filled properly. You need to receive a return authorization from us prior to any returns. To do so please send an e-mail to email@example.com and explain your reason for the return. If you fail to obtain a RA# your return may remain unprocessed for several weeks.
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). We attempt to process all orders within 24 hours of submission (except for weekends which we process on the following business day, usually Monday). Most orders we can guarantee delivery within 1 - 2 weeks to the lower 48 states. However, we cannot guarantee shipment of goods by any specific time frame. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii you will need to place the order via 2nd Day Air.
